Shipping & Delivery:

  • Customer should contact ZOCA (Xtreme Team Apparel, Inc.)  for estimated delivery time after order is finalized.  Standard production time is 6 to 8 weeks (may vary depending on season).  Production time may be reserved in advance with a down payment.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.


Privacy & Security:

  • ZOCA (XTA) reserves the right to use reproductions of Customers’ clothing and to provide customers their clothing in ZOCA’s (XTA’s) advertising (unless customer notifies ZOCA (XTA) in writing that such usage is prohibited at the time of placement of the order).


Cancellations & Returns:

  • Due to the nature of custom products cancellations and returns are not accepted.  All custom sales are final. 
  • Customer is responsible for approval of spelling and/or grammar on all artwork.
  • Customer is responsible for approving final sales order (ensuring the correct style numbers, quantities, and sizes on ZOCA’s (XTA) order form).



  • Quotes are processed through our online store by the customer.  A ZOCA (XTA) rep will contact the customer within 1 business day to go over the request.
  • Fit kits may be provided at the request of the customer.  Customer fills out the Fit Kit order form from the website and provides a credit card number and authorization to charge at our published rates if the fit kits are not returned to ZOCA (XTA) within 30 days of receipt.  Customer is responsible for payment of freight to return the fit kits to ZOCA (XTA).  Fit kits should be returned in the same condition as sent to avoid any charges. 
  • Customer provides artwork to ZOCA (XTA) on the ZOCA (XTA) templates downloaded from our website. 
  • To place a bulk order contact ZOCA (XTA) Rep with your final style selection, sizes and quantities
  • ZOCA (XTA) Rep will provide completed Sales Order for customer to approve, sign, and return along with signed credit card form for deposit or pay online with Pay Pal. 
  • Once ZOCA (XTA) Rep receives sales order with 50% deposit payment and approved artwork, ZOCA (XTA) Rep will advise of estimated delivery date.
  • Remaining 50% of order is due 1 week before delivery.
  • ZOCA (XTA) also offers the option to open your own ZOCA (XTA) team store custom with your logos, styles, and sizes.  With the store feature, your team members can order the style and size they want.  As a team manager, this alleviates the stress of stocking inventory and dealing with monetary transactions. 
  • Contact ZOCA (XTA) Rep for more details if you are interested in opening a Team Store.own store. 
  • Reorders of identically designed merchandise (i.e., same type of garments, no changes in color, text, logos, art, etc) have an individual 6 piece minimum but not a total order minimum. 



  • All art and logos must be provided in AI or Vector format.
  • If customer requires help with artwork placement, there is a nominal fee which will be quoted to customer upon receipt of artwork.
  • If customers need design services they may download and fill out our design templates and ZOCA (XTA) will provide a quote to create the design. 
  • By providing ZOCA (XTA) with the design and logos, Customer is confirming they have the right to use those logos and are assuming all responsibility in using those logos.   
  • Customer will need to return a signed approval of the artwork, which includes color approval to ZOCA (XTA) before production process can begin.


Payment, Pricing & Promotions:

  • Customer agrees to pay a deposit of 50% upon placement of order.
  • Customer agrees to pay for the entire order before shipment.
  • Payments for orders are accepted using American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard and through Pay Pal.  COD orders are NOT accepted.  Checks are accepted but please note shipment will take place only after the check has cleared.
  • Prices are quoted based on quantities.  Price breaks for larger quantities are given.   Checks are accepted as well but please note shipment will take place only after the check has cleared.
  • Occasionally ZOCA (XTA) offers promotional discounts.  Any coupons received need to be submitted to ZOCA (XTA) at time of original order placement.
